BACK to September 16th, 2019 FFESTINIOG & WELSH HIGHLAND RAILWAYS WEBSITE

Got up at 8:15am and had a full English breakfast (black pudding, egg, ham, beans, tomatoe, mushroom and toast). Hopped in the car and drove to Porthmadog.

Bought a "Return" (Round Trip) ticket to go from Porthmadog to Blaenau Ffestiniog on the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway. While waiting for the train to depart, we found a bakery with some yummy bread treats.

The train ride went through some beautiful country. There was one spot where there were rubber duckies along the route. Very cute.

After the train ride, we ate at the Harbour Station. Barb tried the Welsh burger. It was huge. COuldn't finish it. Phil had the rest. Then drove back to the B&B in Criccieth. Got back around 6pm. Barb had a headache and was exhausted. Crashed till morning. Phil went for a walk thru town and by the water.
